1. The service

Kleverz provides a free preliminary check of a business idea and a paid detailed feasibility study. Studies are based on the information the customer provides and market data at the time of preparation.

2. Orders and payment

The price shown on the study page is the final price. Payment is currently by transfer via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Work starts once the transfer is confirmed, and the study is normally delivered within 24 hours of confirmation.

3. Refunds

If your transfer has been received and work on your order has not started, you can ask us to cancel it and refund the amount. Once the study is delivered there is no refund, as it is a digital product prepared specifically for your project; if the study was built on incorrect information, we will review it with you.

4. Limitation of liability

The study is a decision-support tool and not a guarantee of profit or any particular result. The investment decision and its execution are the customer’s responsibility. See the disclaimer.

5. Permitted use

The study is for the customer’s own use and for sharing with their partners. It may not be resold or published as a general study.
